Based in Boca Raton, Florida, Norton Herrick possesses extensive experience in the real estate industry. The proprietor of The Herrick Company, Inc., he has established offices across the East Coast that develop and invest in commercial, residential, and industrial properties. Responsible for transactions totaling $4 billion in sales throughout his career, Norton Herrick has garnered a reputation for his understanding of net lease real estate transactions and financing. Additionally, he has obtained financing for the creation of hospitals and power plants, including the first one in the United States to use biomass to generate power.

The success of his company has enabled Norton Herrick to move into other business ventures. One notable affiliate is a firm which produces film and live theater. Its cinematic features include 2 Guns, The Devil's Double, Vanishing on 7th Street, and The Moth Diaries. On the stage, Norton Herrick has produced plays and musicals ranging from Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark and Hairspray to revivals of Desire Under The Elms and Hair: The Musical. The latter production earned Mr. Herrick a Tony Award for Best Musical Revival. Recently, he announced plans to expand his interests into scripted and unscripted television programming.
